Two real estate workflows.
The video walkthrough beats the text-based property email in almost every scenario. Here are the two that show up most.
A 4-minute walkthrough of a property listing sent to a buyer
A buyer is on the fence about a listing. You open the MLS page, click through the photos, narrate the property — 'here is the kitchen, here is the finished basement, the commute to downtown is 22 minutes in morning traffic' — and the buyer gets a 4-minute Pullsy link that captures the listing page with your voice over it. The link is unlisted, the buyer can pause and rewatch, and the AI summary at the top is a one-paragraph TL;DR of the property's selling points. You replaced a 30-minute phone call with a 4-minute video and a 1-paragraph summary the buyer can re-read.
A 6-minute MLS search for a client who wants a custom shortlist
A client wants a custom shortlist with three specific parameters — under $700K, three-bedroom minimum, walking distance to a specific school. You record a 6-minute MLS search walkthrough: here is how I am filtering, here are the seven results, here is my honest take on each one, here are the three I would shortlist. The client gets the video, the AI-generated summary of which three you recommend, and the transcript for the times you mention specific addresses. The client watches at their own pace, sends you a Pullsy video back with their reaction, and you are 30 minutes ahead of where a text-based email exchange would have got you.
Frequently asked
Is the recording watermark-free for client-facing videos?
Yes. Pullsy never adds a watermark to the recording — not on the free tier, not on any paid tier. The video the client gets is the clean recording, exactly as you saw it on your screen, with your voice over it. There is no Pullsy logo, no upgrade prompt, no branding in the video itself. The share page has a small 'Recorded with Pullsy' footer link, but the recording file itself is clean.
Can I record a video walkthrough of a property in person (phone camera)?
Yes — Pullsy works on iPhone and Android as a camera recorder. The browser-based screen recorder does not work for in-person property tours (it cannot use the phone camera AND a screen share at the same time), so on mobile Pullsy falls back to a camera-only recording. The workflow is: open pullsy.online/record on your phone, pick 'Back camera', record the walkthrough, narrate as you go, save and share the link. The video is a clean first-person walkthrough the client can scrub through.
Can my client reply with a video?
Yes — your client opens the Pullsy link, watches the recording, and either types a text reply, leaves a comment on the share page, or records their own Pullsy video in response (the share page has a 'Record your reply' link). For real estate specifically, the back-and-forth video conversation cuts the time-to-decision on a listing by days — the client can show you a property they found in their own search, with their own voice-over, instead of typing out an address and a description.
