The big differentiators:
1. AI transcript + chat included free. Loom charges for transcription. Pullsy Record does it automatically. Viewers can ask the AI “where did they talk about pricing?” and it jumps to that timestamp.
2. No install. Loom forces a desktop app. OBS is 100MB+ to download. Pullsy Record runs entirely in your browser — works on any laptop.
3. Loom import is no longer available. Loom changed how their videos are served — direct URL import no longer works. The recommended path is to download your Loom video via Loom’s Share → Download as MP4, then re-upload it to Pullsy Record.
